Bubbles bubbles bubbles - need we say more.
No party without bubbles - and even though it's a Wednesday, it must be time to kick off the year. We're going on a journey around the world of bubbles to kick off the party mood in the new year.
Bubbles are not just champagne and can be made in many different ways. This evening we will taste bubbles made using the champagne method, so yes, including champagne and spumante from Kristine's vineyard in Italy.
Kristine talks about the production of bubbles and we taste differences in bubble style and terroir.
We enjoy the lovely bubbles with some oysters and a little cheese to tickle our taste buds.
You will receive 4 glasses of bubbles with accompanying snacks and a talk from a real winemaker in Italy.

Join us on a French wine journey through three of France's most beloved wine regions – each with its own style and stories in the glass, namely Beaujolais, Bordeaux and Burgundy.
Beaujolais – Fruity, lively and charming. The Gamay grape dominates here, producing light, juicy wines full of red berries and freshness – perfect to start your taste buds
Burgundy – Elegance and terroir in every sip. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay take center stage in a region renowned for its finesse, minerality and unique expression from small vineyards.
Bordeaux – Power and complexity. Classic French winemaking, where Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc blend into structured, age-worthy wines that make a big impression.

🍷 LASS'S FAVORITE FOOD A TASTING IN A SPECIAL CLASS
Wednesday, March 4th at 6 pm
This evening I open the door to my very personal selection. Lasse's favorites is a wine tasting where I present the wines I love the most – both from the producers I import and from the selection at the wine bar.
These are wines with character, stories and personality – bottles I return to again and again, and which deserve to be shared. I will guide you through the tasting, telling you about the wines, the people behind them and why these particular wines have a special place in my heart.
Look forward to a relaxed evening with good wines, geekery at eye level and lots of flavor in the glass.
