Sunday, September 14th, the CPH Half Marathon gets underway, the cool runners will be stopping by our little corner at Trianglen, so we will be open from the front :) In collaboration with To Øl, we will turn up the energy with their Implosion non-alcoholic beer, on this 'Race Day'
From 12 noon We are ready with cold beers from To Øl, wine, toast and delicious snacks. – perfect for runners, cheerleaders and anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere from the front row at Trianglen. Come by and refuel with something good for your palate and your tired legs.

🍷 Wine tasting with Niels from Ilvino – Red Burgundy 🍷

September 18th at 6 pm

We are honored to receive a visit from Niels Appel, owner of the wine import business Ilvino and a passionate wine lover for 40 years. Niels does not like to be called a wine expert , but describes himself as someone who “practices a lot”.

Niels is originally an uneducated engineer, so perhaps the slightly nerdy approach to wine comes from there. You will at least have the opportunity to get answers to pretty much all the technical wine questions you might have, if you want to know more - but the tasting itself will be about how the wines taste - and why they taste the way they do.

This evening we dive into red Burgundy from four different Burgundy classifications.

Niels will guide us through what characterizes the individual wines, how terroir and production affect the taste – and not least, how to best pair food with these particular wines.

An evening for both wine nerds and curious wine lovers who want to experience Burgundy on several levels – in good company and with Niels' sharp, but unpretentious, approach to wine.

You will have an educational and pleasant evening with Niels, 4 glasses of red burgundy from Il Vino with accompanying snacks from Trianglen 7.

🍷 Barolo 2016 – Wine tasting with Niels from Ilvino 🍷

October 22nd at 6 pm

Niels is back with another tasting - this time we will delve into Barolo from the great 2016 vintage - a vintage that for many wine lovers stands as one of the most complex and age-worthy ever. Niels will guide us through selected producers, the special characteristics of the vintage, and how to best pair food with Barolo.

When Niels Appel comes by, it's rarely an ordinary wine tasting. He has been at the helm of the wine import business Ilvino for many years and has been deeply passionate about wine for four decades. He doesn't like to be called a wine expert – instead, he calls himself someone who "practices a lot".

With a background as an engineer, Niels is known for his sharp, slightly geeky approach to wine. He loves to share both the small technical details and the big tasting experiences – but first and foremost it’s about what’s in the glass and why it tastes the way it does.

It's perhaps not surprising that Niels is doing two tastings in a row with us this year – it was simply too hard to choose one theme. This evening is all about Barolo, but whether you also participate in his Burgundy evening or not, you are guaranteed an experience with insight, good stories and high-class wine.
