🍷 5 years of wine, passion, and stories 🍷
On the occasion of our 5th birthday, we invite you to a very special and personal wine tasting with Lasse and Kristine.
This evening, we will take you on our journey – from the first tentative steps into the world of wine, to the decision to buy the wine bar, and to five fantastic years filled with taste, people, and memories.
We will open bottles that have helped shape our wine bar – wines that have meant something special to us and have become small legends along the way. Of course, we will have bubbles, but also carefully selected white and red wines – including some of your own favorites.
These are not wines from our own farm or import – these are wines from our journey.
We hope you'd like to join us for a unique and atmospheric evening, where we celebrate 5 years in the spirit of wine with you.

– CHAMPAGNE TASTING WITH NIELS FROM ILVINO –
🥂 Wednesday, June 10th at 6 pm
Niels Appel, owner of the wine import business Ilvino, is back – and this time it's all about bubbles. Yes, even more champagne, which both we and you, our guests, love so much.
With over 40 years of passion for wine, Niels describes himself not as a wine expert, but rather as someone who "practices a lot." He originally trained as an engineer, and perhaps this is where his somewhat nerdy approach to wine comes from. You'll therefore have ample opportunity to get answers to almost all technical questions if you want to delve deeper into the subject.
However, the tasting itself will focus on the experience: how the wines taste – and why they taste the way they do, filled with Niels’s passion for wine.
This evening, we will dive into the summer bubbles from Champagne. Niels will guide us through the world's most famous sparkling wine region, where we will take a closer look at how terroir, grape composition, and production techniques shape style and taste in the glass.
An evening for both bubble-thirsty enthusiasts, wine-nerds, and curious wine lovers who want to experience Champagne on multiple levels – in good company and with Niels' sharp, yet unpretentious approach to wine.
We at Trianglen will serve snacks along the way.

We're turning 5 – and we'd love to celebrate with you! Time flies, and we've now had the pleasure of pouring wine at Trianglen for five years. We love being here and greatly appreciate all your support along the way.
That's why we hope you'll stop by when we raise the flag – we'll give one glass of bubbles to all guests 🥂

Come and warm up with us before you go to Parken to watch the match. On football days, we're open until midnight, with cold beers, good wine from the cellar, and plenty of adult toasts and food.
